Returns and Refunds

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us at [email protected] for a refund on applicable items. 

Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after an order is placed. Their is a 20% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges. 

Refund Timeframe

Refunds typically post to your account within 10–20 business days, depending on your payment method and your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

We at Atomik Labz offer FREE shipping on orders over $499 within the US.

All our Free Shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise.

All of the most current shipping options are shown on the cart checkout page (UPS, FedEx). 

We offer same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday–Friday. All orders received after 2pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.

When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” email notification that will include a tracking number.

Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Protection

Please be advised: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection which is available for an minimum $5.99 before completing your purchase. Shipping protection is automatically added to your order on the checkout page. In the event your package is lost in transit, Atomik Labz will reship your items to you. 

If your item was damaged during transport or arrived broken,  a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible and include your order number. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps.

***SHIPPING PROTECTION DOES NOT COVER STOLEN PACKAGES***

If you accidentally added shipping protection to your order, please note we do not offer refunds on shipping protection but we can give you a one time courtesy store credit in the amount paid to be used on your next purchase (this can be combined with promotions)

We are no longer able to take responsibility for damages or lost orders unless shipping protection is purchased during the checkout process.

If you opt out of shipping protection, you accept full responsibility if your package is lost or damaged.
